Casino Players Clubs and Rewards

Most casinos offer a players club. These are loyalty systems that reward active players. Players clubs typically award patrons points based on slot and video poker play. Table games are rated on these cards to award comps or points. Players are usually mailed offers that are based on the level of action given during a specific period of time. Most casinos host promotions and contests that are open to players club members.

Boyd Rewards casino players club

Previously BConnected, Boyd Rewards is the Boyd Gaming players card. It is used at company casinos in the downtown and locals markets in Las Vegas, as well as regional casinos throughout the midwest. Players do not earn points until reaching the Sapphire tier. Titanium is the top level of the BConnected players club.

Boarding Pass

Station Casinos offers the Boarding Pass program for its players club. The company operates in the Las Vegas locals gaming market. Its properties include Red Rock Resort, Green Valley Ranch, and Palace Station. Chairman is the top tier of the Boarding Pass players club.

Caesars Rewards

Caesars Rewards started as Gold Rewards. It has also been referred to as Total Rewards. This was the first national players club. It led the way to many other casinos creating loyalty systems. 

The Caesars Rewards card is accepted at all Caesars Entertainment casinos in the US and Canada. The top tier is Seven Stars, an exclusive club that offers exceptional hotel, dining, and other travel perks. 

MGM Rewards

The Mlife players club for MGM Resorts has been rebranded as MGM Rewards. It is used at its properties in Las Vegas, as well as other parts of the country, like MGM Grand Detroit, MGM National Harbor in Maryland, and Borgata in Atlantic City. The top tier is Noir. It is by invitation only. It offers luxurious gaming travel at MGM Resorts properties. 

Penn Play

The players club for Penn National Gaming casinos is Penn Play. It was previously called mychoice. These properties include Tropicana and M Resort in Las Vegas, as well as Argosy, Hollywood Casino, and most Ameristar properties. The Owners Club is the top tier in the Penn Play loyalty club program.

Wind Creek Rewards

Wind Creek Rewards is used at a handful of casino locations. This includes three casinos in Alabama, one in Pennsylvania, and two in the Caribbean. Another casino is currently under construction in Illinois. The players club has four tier levels with Fantasy the top tier.

What does a casino players card do?

Most casinos offer a players card. This tracks the player’s action at slot machines, video poker and table games. The casino rates the player and awards points that may be used for comps. The casino may also send the player mailers that include free hotel rooms, slot play and food.

What do I need to get a casino players card?

All you need is a valid photo ID to get a players card. In most cases, the player must be at least 21 years old. It may be lower if the minimum gambling age is lower.

Do slot machines pay points?

Points are awarded on most slot and video poker machines if a players card is properly inserted during the action. Some machines, like electronic table games or video poker with good pay tables, may pay reduced points, or none at all.

How do I get free hotel rooms and food from casinos?

The first step in getting comp hotel rooms and dining from a casino is to get a players card. This allows the casino to see your play. It is rated based on a variety of factors, like the size of the bet, the game played and the length of time at the machine or table. 

Offers are mailed or sent electronically based on the casino’s calculations. Comps may also be issued on the spot through a casino host or gaming supervisor. 

Players that do not create a players card account will miss out on most comps and promotions. However, table game players can often get their past action included if a card is requested before the end of the session.
