The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians owns and operates four casinos, branded Four Winds. Three of the casinos are in Michigan while one is located in Indiana. Four Winds South Bend casino games
In South Bend, Four Winds Casino has a selection of 1,900 slots. Game denominations range from penny slots to $25 slots. We visited the property in May 2021. During our visit, we found video poker at the bar called Triple Chance Poker. However, this game is a type of bingo game that uses cards to display winners and not a random card game.
Since our trip, table games have been added at Four Winds in South Bend. There are now 27 live tables. Games dealt include baccarat, blackjack, craps, Criss Cross Poker, Mississippi Stud, roulette, and Three Card Poker.
Sportsbook
The Four Winds Sportsbook opens on weekdays at 11am and at 10am on weekends. It remains open until 7pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, until 9pm on Mondays and Thursdays, and 11pm Fridays through Sundays. Kiosks are available 24 hours a day.
Poker room
Four Winds Casino South Bend has a 12-table live poker room. Games include 1/2 and 2/5 no limit hold’em, 3/6 limit hold’em, and 1/2 pot limit Omaha.
The poker room is open Sunday through Thursday from 10am until 6am, and 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
W♣ players club
W♣ players club is used at all Four Winds casino properties, including South Bend. One point is earned for every $2 coin-in on slots and every $7 on video poker. For each hour of play, poker players earn 150 reward points that can be redeemed for slot play or dining comps. However, points earned playing poker do not qualify towards tier status. Rewards include free slot play, dining credits, and promotions. $1 of free slot play equals 100 points.
A Veteran’s Card is available for US military veterans. Additional rewards include 20% off for two at dining venues and a 50% discount for two at select restaurants on Memorial Day, Labor Day, Patriots Day, and Veterans Day.

Dining and drinks at Four Winds South Bend
There are a half-dozen dining options at Four Winds South Bend. Coffee and quick bites are available at White Birch Market. Drinks are served at the casino bar daily from 7am through 3am.
Copper Rock Steakhouse is an upscale restaurant. The menu features dry-aged steaks, fish, and shellfish. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to dine at Copper Rock Steakhouse.
Kankakee Grille is a family-friendly restaurant. The menu includes hearth-baked pizza and a large selection of entrees. Timbers offers casual quick bites, including hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, and pizza.
On Sundays and Thursdays, The Buffet serves American-style dishes. Adults are $32 per person. Prime rib and shrimp are served on Fridays and Saturdays. It costs $36 per adult. A pound of crab legs can be added for an additional $15. Children ages 4 to 12 are half-price at the buffet.
Indoor and seasonal outdoor dining is available on the third floor at Edgewater Cafe. Brunch is served daily until 4pm and dinner follows. Both menus feature a wide selection of entrees.

The hotel at Four Winds South Bend that was under construction during our May 2021 visit is now complete. It offers 317 rooms and 83 suites. There is also a spa available. Services include massages, body treatments, nail salon services, and facials.
Hotel rooms and suites
Standard rooms feature either a single king or two queen beds. Three suite trims are offered. These are the Junior Suite, the Celebrity Suite, and the Presidential Suite. Suites have upgraded features such as an additional TV, a wet bar, and spa bathtubs. The Presidential Suite has two bedrooms: one king and one with two queen beds.
