How to use an MGM Rewards players card

To use an MGM Rewards card, insert it into a slot or video poker machine. The slot is typically above the screen or bill acceptor. Table game players give the card to the dealer when buying chips. Poker dealers will swipe the card when you are seated at the table.

How to earn MGM Rewards points

Points are earned at MGM Rewards in a way that is not transparent. It is related to the theoretical house edge of the game. This will award points faster to players at slot machines and keno, and slower to those at video poker, live tables, and electronic table games. This is a change from its Mlife days when the number of points earned on machines was clearly disclosed and consistent. Players also earn reward points while playing online casino games or placing bets using the BetMGM mobile sportsbook.

How to redeem points on an MGM Rewards card

Points are awarded in the form of free slot play. Enter your PIN on the slot card system and release the amount of available points. Express comps are redeemed at outlets around MGM Resorts properties.
