Caesars Sportsbook, formerly William Hill, operates retail and mobile sportsbooks in the United States. Currently, the mobile sportsbook is licensed and legal in over 20 states and Washington DC. The Caesars mobile sportsbook app launched in Maryland on November 23, 2022. It opened in Ohio on January 1, 2023. Most recently, it opened in Massachusetts on March 10, 2023. That was followed by Vermont and North Carolina.

Caesars requires sports bettors to be at least 21 years of age. Caesars online sportsbook is also available to players 19 years of age and older in Ontario, Canada. Geolocation software must locate the bettor in an eligible state when the bet is placed.

Caesars sportsbook betting menus vary by state. Multiple states limit bets on college sports, such as only allowing for NCAA Division 1 teams or a limit on available sports. Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia do not allow bets on an individual college player’s stats.

Bets cannot be placed on an in-state college team in D.C., Illinois, Iowa, New Jersey, or Virginia. Washington D.C. and New Jersey have additional restrictions on in-state college sporting events. In-play prop bets during college sporting events are not permitted in Tennessee. In Illinois, in-state college bets may be made at retail sportsbooks but not on apps.

Wagers on motorbikes are listed on the board at Caesars Sportsbook in Colorado, Maryland, and Massachusetts. Volleyball bets are available in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Virginia. Snooker wagers are on the board in Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Special bets, like Academy Awards, can be found in Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, and New Jersey.

Wagers on cricket are listed on the board at Caesars online sportsbook, except in Iowa, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Cycling bets are unavailable in Virginia, while Rugby Union wagers are not listed in Pennsylvania. Darts wagers are not posted at Caesars in Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, or Ohio. Bets on table tennis are unavailable in Michigan, Ohio, and Washington D.C.

Depending on the method used, withdrawals may take an additional two to five days for funds to become available. Most digital withdrawals have a $20 minimum and a $5,000 maximum amount allowed.
