Caesars sportsbook betting menus vary by state. Multiple states limit bets on college sports, such as only allowing for NCAA Division 1 teams or a limit on available sports. Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia do not allow bets on an individual college player’s stats.
Bets cannot be placed on an in-state college team in D.C., Illinois, Iowa, New Jersey, or Virginia. Washington D.C. and New Jersey have additional restrictions on in-state college sporting events. In-play prop bets during college sporting events are not permitted in Tennessee. In Illinois, in-state college bets may be made at retail sportsbooks but not on apps.
