How to get a Wind Creek Rewards players card

There are two easy ways to sign up for a Wind Creek Rewards players card. One is to go to a participating casino. This requires a valid photo ID. A list of Wind Creek properties is at the bottom of this page.

The other way to get a Wind Creek Rewards card is to complete an application online. This can be done on the Wind Creek Casino website or its app. Rewards players must be at least 21 years old in the United States or 18 years of age or older in the Caribbean.

Wind Creek Rewards has a bonus offer available for new members. New members receive a $10 food credit and up to $1,000 in free play. However, a minimum $75 loss is needed to qualify for the free play offer.

Wind Creek Rewards tiers and perks

Wind Creek Rewards has four tiers. Rewards increase with a player’s tier level. Additionally, offers and rewards may vary by location.

Play Tier: 0-19,999 points

Players card members start at the Play tier. At this level, players are eligible to earn daily food credits, participate in drawings and promotions, and receive personalized offers and discounts. Offers may be based on the level of rated play.

Escape Tier: 20,000-49,999 points

After earning 20,000 tier points, players gain extra benefits at Escape. This includes hold-your-machine privileges for up to 30 minutes, an achievement bonus, a $150 birthday bonus, and a complimentary three-night resort stay. The resort stay includes complimentary ground transportation.

Delight Tier: 50,000-199,999 points

Players then earn Delight after 50,000 tier points. Additional rewards include VIP parking, valet parking, no-fee check cashing, priority line service, and hotel check-in. Delight members have access to spa lounges or fitness rooms. The hold-your-machine privilege mentioned above also increases to an hour hold. Members may receive an additional achievement bonus, a $300 birthday bonus, access to high-limit slots and table games, and a complimentary five-night resort stay. In addition to ground transportation, the resort stay also includes $50 free play or match play per trip.

Fantasy Tier: 200,000+ points

The highest tier level is Fantasy. Members receive complimentary late check-out, guaranteed diner reservations, and a dedicated casino host. The hold-your-machine privilege mentioned earlier increases to a two-hour hold. Members may receive an additional achievement bonus, a $400 birthday bonus, and a complimentary five-night all-inclusive resort stay. The resort visit additionally includes airfare credit, unlimited beverages, daily dining options, and $100 free play or match play per trip.

How to use a Wind Creek Rewards card

Using a Wind Creek Rewards card is straightforward. Insert it in the cardholder when playing slots or video poker machines. This is usually above the screen or by the bill acceptor. When playing table games, just hand the card to the dealer with your buy-in.

How to earn points with a Wind Creek Rewards card

Wind Creek Rewards members earn tier points throughout a calendar year: January 1 through December 31. Tier points are earned in the following ways. Not all methods are available at every location.
