Z Casino
Z Casino in Black Hawk has slot machines, video poker, and electronic table games. Previously, there were four blackjack tables and a live double zero roulette table available. During our October 2021 visit, these tables were on the floor, but not open. The casino directed players to Grand Z’s table game pit. Then, when we visited in August 2024, only electronic table games were offered.
Electronic table games are available on the lower level. Video roulette games start at a quarter, $0.50, or $1. Multiplayer and heads-up versions are offered. All other ETGs have a $1 minimum. Blackjack and craps games are also available in heads-up and multiplayer form. Video blackjack pays 6:5. Optional Lucky Lucky and 21+3 side bets are available. Craps games pay double on a field 12. The multiplayer version offers a Lucky Shooter side bet. Other options include heads-up big six and multiplayer baccarat.
Video poker
Our pick for video poker at Z Casino is 9/6 Double Double Bonus. It is on the bar machines at half-dollar and higher. These denominations also offer 8/6 Jacks or Better and 7/5 Bonus Poker.
