Hollywood Casino at the Meadows hosts live harness races south of Pittsburg. The property has multiple dining options, including a food court and a restaurant with views of the racetrack, and 155 hotel rooms.

Hollywood Casino Morgantown has 750 slot and video poker machines, 30 table games, and a Barstool Sportsbook. This newer casino property also offers three dining options. There is no hotel.

Hollywood Casino York – 2899 Whiteford Road, York, PA

Hollywood Casino York is a small casino inside the York Galleria shopping mall. It has 500 slot and video poker machines, 24 table games, and a Barstool Sportsbook. The casino offers two restaurants. More dining options are available in the mall and surrounding area.

Lady Luck Nemacolin – 4067 National Pike, Farmington, PA

Lady Luck Nemacolin is a small casino near the Nemacolin Resort in southern Pennsylvania. It offers guests 600 slot and video poker machines, 27 table games, and one restaurant. Overnight accommodations are available at the nearby resort or at other partner hotels.
